I had an amazing stay with a Creek view room upgrade and genuine Middle Eastern breakfast options. the staff, especially Doha, made my stay exceptional. I would DEFINITELY choose to stay here again! the room was even better than in the photos.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Doha at the reception desk went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with a separate shower and bathtub. the breakfast had a nice selection, and the view of the Canal from my room was stunning. the overall ambiance was elegant and welcoming.

One minor issue was that the coffee served at the hotel was not very good. housekeeping could be more proactive in cleaning the rooms without guests needing to call every day.

We were thrilled to receive a free upgrade and early check-in, and the room service provided some of the best food we've ever had, available 24/7. the room itself was incredibly spacious and the service quality exceeded our expectations. the hotel management was always helpful and quick to resolve any issues. the location was also great, allowing for easy access to the city center.
